great ambiance but slow service left me wanting
The holiday lights are stunning and create an amazing atmosphere. The views are fantastic, especially from the balcony, and the free shuttle to nearby attractions is a nice touch.
Service can be a bit sluggish, especially during busy times.

Service was aweful, said my room I booked was not guaranteed and gave me a king room instead of 2 queens because they didn’t have anymore. Said I could have a “queen” rollaway only to discover they only have “twins”. Even after confirming with her that with the queen rollout we could still sleep 4 people, she confirmed that it indeed was a queen and yes we could sleep 4. Which was not true.... since it was only a twin bed. Took over 3 hours to get my luggage up to my room and after several calls to the front desk and bell services I went downstairs to bring it up myself... nobody followed through on any of their promises when I called before going down. Went down to find a line wrapped throughout the lobby of people complaining about the same issues I was experiencing. Horrible experience! When talking to the front desk manager Michael he told me he couldn’t comp a night for my inconvenience but he would waive the rollout bed fee for the 3 nights I was there... what!!!! You give away my room and then want to charge me for the rlextra rollaway twin bed!!! It’s a shame that the service is so aweful as this was a convenient location for my daughters cheer comp to stay. For the price I paid I will never stay again. We found old fruit under a chair in our room and the line to get to and from places with the elevators was at some time a half hour wait. I do not recommend this hotel.

Addition of a $15 "resort" fee is ridiculous. I was there for a business meeting. I had neither time nor inclination to avail myself of the "resort" facilities, but there was no option to decline. This hotel is out in the middle of nowhere. I mean, really, really nowhere. There is plenty of empty space around it. So $22 to park my car overnight is also ridiculous. Had I realized that the $279 quoted room rate would be upped by the silly "resort" and parking charges, I would have stayed across the street. I will never stay at this hotel again.

The rooms are very spacious, perfect for hotel guests. the pool is great and the location is beautiful, making it an ideal spot for a weekend getaway for a birthday celebration. - It's conveniently located near restaurants, shops, a casino, and the MGM DC outlets.

From 10 yrs ago, we arrived and saw all the changes that made the resort even more exciting to come back someday.
We love the added closeness to the Country Music Theater and Soundwaves

Spacious and quiet clean rooms, well equipped, friendly and attentive staff, facilities within the hotel (restaurant, Starbucks, bar...), nice garden layout inside the hotel itself....
Nothing particular, I just find the prices of the restaurant a little excessive (continental breakfast at $18) but this can probably be understood for a hotel of this standing.
